Expression of Interest – ADL Fashion Week 2025

Showcase your brand on South Australia’s premier fashion stage!

SAFIA invites South Australian designers and fashion businesses to apply for inclusion in the official Adelaide Fashion Week 2025 runway program. This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first step in a curated selection process designed to spotlight exceptional talent, bold creativity, and a diverse cross-section of our fashion industry.

Whether you’re an emerging label or an established brand, this is your opportunity to be part of a professionally produced, high-visibility platform that champions South Australian fashion.

All applicants will be assessed by an independent selection jury using a clearly defined rubric, with places strictly limited. SAFIA facilitates this process to ensure equity, creative merit, and a vibrant brand mix across the runway calendar.

We encourage you to read the FAQs carefully, complete all questions thoroughly, and submit any supporting documentation that will help bring your vision and brand story to life.

Applications have now CLOSED.
Successful applicants will be notified: Monday 1 September 2025

We look forward to discovering the creative forces shaping the future of South Australian fashion.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Deliberations will consider diversity of aesthetic, readiness for runway presentation, creative strength, sustainability values, and market viability.
  • All submissions will be assessed against a set of transparent and clearly defined selection criteria developed by SAFIA and approved by AEDA. These criteria have been designed to support fairness, diversity, and industry development across South Australia’s fashion ecosystem.
  • Please note that places for ADL Fashion Week 2025 runway participation are limited. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection. The final decision will be made by a panel of industry professionals based on the criteria, with a view to curating a dynamic and representative program.
  • Due to the number of applications, unsuccessful applicants may not be contacted until after the successful Expressions of Interest have been announced.
  • All successful applicants will be notified of the outcome following the panel’s decision. We thank you in advance for your interest and commitment to showcasing the best in Australian fashion.
  • The panel reserves the right to allocate designers to runway categories based on factors such as:
    • Cohesiveness of overall runway curation
    • Brand positioning and audience alignment
    • Aesthetic compatibility within each show
    • Strategic diversity across the ADL Fashion Week program
  • This decision will be made with a view to presenting a compelling, high-quality, and well-balanced event. All category placements will be clearly communicated to successful applicants upon confirmation.
