Transform Your Sustainability Ambitions into Action

Stage 3: In-House Sustainability Workshops
Tailored Guidance for South Australian Fashion Businesses
Stage 3 of the SAFIA Circular Fashion Initiative marks a pivotal shift from learning to doing. After equipping South Australian fashion businesses with foundational knowledge through the masterclass series, this next phase offers an opportunity for two brands to receive deeply personalised, in-house sustainability support.
These workshops are designed to help businesses move beyond theory and embed circularity directly into their day-to-day operations. Delivered privately within each successful applicant’s workplace, the sessions allow teams to explore their sustainability ambitions openly and confidently, protecting intellectual property, commercial strategies, and competitive insights while creating space for honest discussion and tailored problem-solving.
Over a series of hands-on workshops and targeted one-on-one consultations, each business will work closely with the service provider to integrate sustainable design principles, strengthen ethical supply chain practices, and build practical systems that support long-term circular outcomes. Whether the focus is material innovation, sourcing challenges, production efficiencies, or strategic alignment, the support is shaped entirely around the unique needs and aspirations of each brand.
This phase is about practical transformation and turning intention into measurable action. It offers brands the chance to implement meaningful change with expert guidance, create internal momentum, and confidently advance their sustainability journey. For businesses ready to deepen their commitment and take the next step, Stage 3 represents an invaluable opportunity to build capability, strengthen industry leadership, and contribute to a more resilient, circular fashion ecosystem in South Australia.
Applications open 5 December and close 11.59pm 4 January 2026.
